What is your favourite artist(s) to work out to... as much as I love QOTSA, just can't work out listening to them..... Lamb of God is one band that springs to mind that is great for me.......

Depends what I'm doing...

Weights an shit usually something reasonably mid paced else I get rinsed to quick...

Bag Work usually metal or toughguy hXc... aggro music I guess, seems fitting when your kicking the shit outa something!

Bed work on the other hand...
