always bias in a small scene and a chart to go with it. if you are tight with the station, then it is likely your stuff will be played on the radio then heard by more punters, which leads into that brainwashing thing, not the same as commmercial radio brainwashing I know, but it might still happen with radio control influence to some extent. Because the numbers are smaller, the bias can skew the reality even more so lol..... fuckin statistician talk lol... what a fuckin nerd. Anyways, not sure how it is up there now at control, but in years gone by, even if some bands voted hard out for their own songs, they often didnt make the chart, because they weren't tight with the station. Some bands didnt even get the opportunity to hear their songs on the radio, becasue they weren't tight with the station. I have been on the recieving end of that which wasnt cool at all, and just fuelled hate in the scene. By all accounts I think there is alot more love there now than there used to be all those years ago..... too much emo music brainwashing everyone mes thinks..... bring back the old school lol

Well done..

But really other than stitchface what regular playing/recording palmy rock n roll bands ARN'T on slave??

Talk about skewed statistics.

Just having a recent recording in palmy is almost guaranteeing any band a spot in the top 10.

Sure you are probably right to a certain degree, but it DOES reflect actual requests and theres nothing cooler than knowing that people are actually requesting your songs that much, and not just the members of your band :P

Ha! There's a noun in this sentence that is also a surname of a certain fellow. This had me laughing. *slide whistle*
